1. What's your monthly capacity per product item?
According to the different items, our monthly capacity is different. Our average production capacity is 300,000 bags per month.
2. Can you produce products with our design (OEM/ ODM) ? Can I use my LOGO?
Yes, your OEM and ODM orders are very welcome. We also can make products according to your requirements including logo or label printing.
3. What's your MOQ?
The MOQ for each product is different. Actually, as a manufacturer we can do whatever you want, but the price will be different. Normally the price will be better when the quantity reaches 3000 pieces.
4. Can you provide samples before placing an order?
Yes, the samples are available:
5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
a. Stock sample or White sample takes 3-5 days.
b. Sample exactly as your design takes about 5-15 days.
6. How about the production time?
It usually takes about 3-5 weeks, exact time is according to the order quantity.
7. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully carefully examined before it's packed for shipment.
